Voluntary Disclosures

A Voluntary Disclosure allows a Tax Payer to tell the Inland Revenue (IRD) what is wrong with their tax before the IRD finds out in another way.

Any taxpayer - individual, business, trust or employer - can make a voluntary disclosure. You may have omitted income or incorrectly claimed expenses.

Voluntary Disclosures
  • If income has been incorrectly omitted or expenses have been incorrectly claimed from your tax return, we can help you in making a voluntary disclosure to the Inland Revenue.
