Fee Schedule - New Zealand Foreign Trusts

Formation Fee - $5250 paid upfront.

Annual Charges

Fee for acting as a Trustee or a Director of a Private Trust Company.

Base Charge of $5,500 pa, paid in advance.

Fee for CRS (Common Reporting Standard) Compliance

Charge of $330 pa

1. All prices are quoted in NZD$ and will be zero-rated for GST unless stated otherwise.
2. Additional and bespoke work will be extra charged at $595ph.
3. Prices quoted are for standard only.
4. Unless specified otherwise we will hold the Trust Folder (original documents) at our premises.
5. All fees are for our Trustee Company [Covisory (NZ) Trust Limited] to be one of the Trustees. If a private trust company is required, the fee will be by negotiation.
